LoanLink Prep exists because we watched too many good businesses get rejected for bad reasons—incomplete applications, missing documents, avoidable mistakes that had nothing to do with whether the business deserved funding.
The Problem We Saw
The SBA loan process is designed by bureaucrats, administered by bankers, and explained by nobody. Business owners waste weeks gathering the wrong documents, filling out forms incorrectly, and getting rejected for fixable problems.
Meanwhile, loan brokers charge thousands to do what should be straightforward, and some "preferred lenders" care more about volume than actually helping businesses succeed.
Our Solution
We built the toolkit we wished existed. Clear checklists. Useful calculators. Plain-English explanations. A secure place to organize everything before you walk into a lender's office.
No gatekeeping. No upsells to overpriced consulting. Just the tools and information you need to do it yourself—or at least understand what's happening if you hire someone to help.
Who We Are
We're a small team with real experience in SBA lending. We've seen the inside of the system—the good, the bad, and the stuff that made us want to build something better.
We're based in the Midwest, work remotely, and believe that business owners deserve better tools and straighter answers than they usually get.
